The Department of Museum Documentation attends to the basic museum documentation (Accessions register, Book for inventory of museum objects, Deaccessions register, Book for exhibitions, Index card and Catalogue records of museum objects) and additional museum documentation (Book for storage of museum objects that are not property of the museum, Newspaper and periodicals archive, Book for promotions and other events).
The department keeps the reports from the archaeological investigations projects, field documentation maintained by museum workers, photo documentation, drawings and text notes related to the objects and archaeological context.
