Primary goals:
- Developing and implementing a communication strategy in order to improve the museum’s presence and visibility on social and traditional media, and managing the museum’s website
- Developing and implementing the plan to improve the museum’s website and its regular maintenance
- Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of all communication activities
- Coordination and logistics for promotion of exhibitions, conferences and other events
- Event organization and protocol
- Preparing communication materials, such as press releases
- Implementing the activities and projects that build and maintain positive image of the museum in the public
- Establishing and maintaining business cooperation with tourism workers, preparation and implementation of cooperation agreements in order to promote and increase the attendance of foreign tourists
- Participation in tourist exchanges
- Business communications and establishing cooperation with other institutions, humanitarian organizations, schools
- Branding, positioning, preparation and printing of promotional materials
- Distribution of advertising materials
- Tracks sales and customer satisfaction
- Organization and implementation of the museum’s participation in world events
