Primary goals:

  • Developing and implementing a communication strategy in order to improve the museum’s presence and visibility on social and traditional media, and managing the museum’s website
  • Developing and implementing the plan to improve the museum’s website and its regular maintenance
  • Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of all communication activities
  • Coordination and logistics for promotion of exhibitions, conferences and other events
  • Event organization and protocol
  • Preparing communication materials, such as press releases
  • Implementing the activities and projects that build and maintain positive image of the museum in the public
  • Establishing and maintaining business cooperation with tourism workers, preparation and implementation of cooperation agreements in order to promote and increase the attendance of foreign tourists
  • Participation in tourist exchanges
  • Business communications and establishing cooperation with other institutions, humanitarian organizations, schools
  • Branding, positioning, preparation and printing of promotional materials
  • Distribution of advertising materials
  • Tracks sales and customer satisfaction
  • Organization and implementation of the museum’s participation in world events
